Crest Resort & Pool Villas - SHA Extra Plus

1. The staffs were friendly and accommodating. I loved how they always serve with a smile which made me felt welcome. 2. The location - perched on a hill overlooking the Indian Ocean, some of the rooms (and most villas) have ocean view although it was quite a distance from where I was standing. The infinity pool of the villa (Villa 204) had a good view too. 3. The Villa 204 - big and spacious, able to accommodate a family of 2 adults and 3 children with addition of beds. The design was like a cocoon shape complete with a bath tub (my kids enjoying it with their bath bomb), separate toilet and shower room. Dining table was where we enjoyed dinner together as it was raining non-stop during our trip to Phuket. 4. Complimentary shuttle from the resort to Patong beach which saved us quite a lot of money, as the standard rate to travel within Patong is around 3000-3500 Baht one way (even Grab charges higher sometimes).

The villa was big and as discerption. View was breathtaking specially during sunset. Villa was clean. And the pool was amazing (note for Hijabi girls: people out there can see you" Most of the staff were super friendly "specially, Ammar and Phon" There was a hose "shattaf" in the toilet

Fantastic views looking over the beaches and escarpment, especially if you have a pool access room. I would absolutely stay in one of these or a pool villa. Friendly polite staff and large rooms. The main pool area has a swim up bar and staff made really great cocktails and a bonus they are really reasonably priced for a resort.

Good hotel, both the room and the other spaces (rooftop bar, pool, etc..) are well kept and to good standards. Everyone from staff is very welcoming and happy to help. The reception staff is exceptional (a special mention goes to Jung's bright responsiveness to guests needs and tips for places to see/things to do), they were absolute stars and went the extra mile when my friend lost her phone on the way to the hotel. Lovely New Year's event and dinner organised by the hotel.

We stayed in the Deluxe Ocean view with pool access. The room was beautiful and the view to die for especially at sunset. There are lpungera on a deck in front so you dont have conplete privacy but we found this was ok. The staff are a credit to the Resort they were all fantastic. The prices are reasonable and the food was lovely. You can walk to freedom beach in 10-15 minutes but its a bit of a trek. Free shuttle services are provided to town and paradise beach which you can pre book. We didnt leave resort other than our scheduled trips so we didnt mind the location at all. It was an amazing stay!
