1. The staffs were friendly and accommodating. I loved how they always serve with a smile which made me felt welcome. 2. The location - perched on a hill overlooking the Indian Ocean, some of the rooms (and most villas) have ocean view although it was quite a distance from where I was standing. The infinity pool of the villa (Villa 204) had a good view too. 3. The Villa 204 - big and spacious, able to accommodate a family of 2 adults and 3 children with addition of beds. The design was like a cocoon shape complete with a bath tub (my kids enjoying it with their bath bomb), separate toilet and shower room. Dining table was where we enjoyed dinner together as it was raining non-stop during our trip to Phuket. 4. Complimentary shuttle from the resort to Patong beach which saved us quite a lot of money, as the standard rate to travel within Patong is around 3000-3500 Baht one way (even Grab charges higher sometimes).

Boon

We stayed in the Deluxe Ocean view with pool access. The room was beautiful and the view to die for especially at sunset. There are lpungera on a deck in front so you dont have conplete privacy but we found this was ok. The staff are a credit to the Resort they were all fantastic. The prices are reasonable and the food was lovely. You can walk to freedom beach in 10-15 minutes but its a bit of a trek. Free shuttle services are provided to town and paradise beach which you can pre book. We didnt leave resort other than our scheduled trips so we didnt mind the location at all. It was an amazing stay!

Our family villa was really great! It was so spacious, had a great view and we loved having our own pool! the hotel staff were all very helpful and accommodating, they made our stay so comfortable. The breakfast in the morning had a lot of variety and types of food on offer. We enjoyed the pool and swim up bar where we spent many afternoons eating the great lunch / dinner options they had on offer. The shuttles to Patong Beach were very useful and any other taxi trips we needed were easily arranged by the hotel for us.

Definitely an adults only style hotel as we didn’t see hardly any kids while staying there so I would highly recommend for a couple wanting a quiet spot to relax with stunning views. The food was amazing, the buffet breakfast was incredible and the made to order omelettes were phenomenal! We came back everyday. The resort is a short 10 min taxi ride into the Main Street of Patong and the hotel offers complimentary bus drop offs and pick ups to and from town.

Everyone is always with a smile, asking you if you are ok, and when you ask for something, they will bring it to you with a very good attitude. Pillows are very good!!! Smell in the room is delicious, not like most of the places in Thailand Shuttle service to Patong beach free of charge in some hours during the day, very cool
